30 years later, Charlie Sheen finally gets his high school diploma
Charlie Sheen, an ex ‘Two and a half men’ star, finally graduated 3 decades after his initial attempt to obtain a high school diploma.
In 1983, the actor was expelled from Santa Monica High School due to an unsatisfactory performance and many class absences but he has now managed to get the job done.
Charlie Sheen announced for TMZ that graduation was something which had always bothered him. He also added that his parents, actor Martin Sheen and artist Janet Templeton had been worried that their son did not graduate. They tried to solve the problem by offering Charlie to go to a summer school, with which the actor subsequently disagreed stating that he preferred to try first his luck as an actor and if not successful, he would put efforts to gain the qualification.
Lucky for him, he was cast for ‘Grizzly II: The Predator’ and school was off for 30 long years.
The ‘Anger Management’ actor is very proud of his achievement and he is going to display the diploma in his home in order to have it seen by everyone… or maybe put it in a drawer.
