We can always tell that an idea is bad before it’s too late. However, some people seem to notice that as well, but they still go for whatever they decided to do in the first place. You could call that persistence, but we guess that it is more likely stubbornness. Maybe the reasons for these situations are character and determination, but we guess that people should just give up on certain ideas sometimes.
If you want to see people who leaped into action following a bad idea, you need to check out the following list.
1. Transparent shoes will never be a thing
New ideas are something that should be welcomed, but not all cases are the same! If you see the potential in something, you should go and develop that potential no matter the cost! However, certain ideas are doomed since the very first time someone thought of them. The case with these transparent shoes is the perfect example! There may be a few people who would probably tolerate such a product, but the majority of people would surely.
2. Some people are obsessed with their shoes
We all have hobbies that we love! This is one of the best things in life! Hobbies are also a way to unite people based on different groups of interest. However, it seems that some people are more than obsessed with their hobbies. This often results in situations like the one in the photo. As you can see, this person is probably in love with his shoe collection. Protecting it is a good idea, but sleeping on a mattress next to the collection with a machete is probably a bit too much.
3. This is too much damage for a quick repair
Accidents happen in a blink of an eye, and we know what can hit is! In this case, someone literally hit this vehicle! The damage appears to be severe, but they tried to fix it using unconventional auto repair methods. We guess that duct tape would not hold it together long. The most probable reason for the duct tape fix was to make it possible for the vehicle to be driven for the actual repair job. We hope they did a good job fixing the damage.
4. Some tasks require assistance
We guess that no matter how good you are at doing your job, you should probably ask for help when you see you experience difficulties. You should simply swallow your pride and just call for backup! We guess that the person you see in the photo decided to reject his colleague’s request to lend him a hand. As you can see, it was a bad idea and he should have accepted the offer for assistance. The mess appears to be huge and they will have a lot of cleaning to do.
5. Chainsaws would always win against human limbs
Working with specialized tools is no easy task! You need to have a lot of skills and precision. You also need to be careful and really concentrated at what you do. It seems that someone did not follow these basic principles, and you can see the end result in the photo. Despite the fact that the person lost the fight with the chainsaw, we admire their attitude. However, it is still a bad idea to play around with this kind of machinery without paying attention to the potential danger.
6. We are pretty sure that this is the wrong way to play
There are a lot of techniques when it comes to playing the guitar, but we have never seen this one before. As you can see, this person decided to literally turn things around and grabbed the pedal board. Seeing his foot on the guitar is painful, but as you probably guessed, the whole setup was created only for the photo. Someone obviously heard about shoegaze music and this photo was born. We see the intended pun here, but we still think it was not a good idea.
7. Some ideas are bad for the most obvious reasons
Design fails are a common thing! We can see examples literally everywhere we turn our heads to. However, there are different ways in which a design concept could be bad. One of the worst thing you could do is mix up themes that should never be related to each other. Painting a koala bear figure in the Super Mario theme is definitely not a good idea! As you can see, the end result is a creepy creature that we would never want to see.
8. This is not the right attitude
One of the best things about people with strong personalities is their ability to lose with dignity! It takes courage and clear mind in order to evaluate a situation and accept your defeat. However, the majority of people are unable to cope with losing something and they become angry or frustrated instead of accepting the facts. As you can see, some kid was really upset about losing a video game to an older person. The kid really wanted to get even and came up with this message, trying to offend the other person. It was a bad idea and it did not work.
9. Here is something which is hard to explain
It seems that people will never stop doing weird things. We have nothing against that, because there are many funny photos of people doing crazy things that we enjoy seeing. However, some of these things are too much to handle even for our taste. Putting a few dozens of eggs inside the toilet seat is definitely something we can call weird. Maybe there was a particular reason for such an action, but it could not justify such a bad idea.
10. This is not the proper way to transport anything
We understand that sometimes moving out or transporting stuff to a different location is tougher than it seems. You either need to make a lot of trips or you simply have no idea how to pack everything efficiently. Not giving up in such situations is admirable, but you need to draw the line at one point. It seems that this person failed to draw the line and think of another solution. Instead of returning for a second trip, this person strapped a few bags on the top of the vehicle and one on the hood, too! This is definitely not a good idea, because it is really dangerous. You should never do something similar.
11. These people were in trouble
Seeing this situation made is frantically think of a possible solution. We guess that there are at least a few ways to approach the problem, but they all include another piece of heavy machinery. Maybe using a forklift to get that huge dump bin on the roof was probably not the best idea, but it is too late to think about that. It seems that if these people don’t have a crane or another forklift on their disposal, there will surely be some additional damage. That lamp will probably go down for sure.
12. Here is something we should regularly check up on
We never really thought about this before, but after seeing this photo we would definitely check often if the freezer door is properly closed. We cannot believe that it could pick up so much ice! It looks like it would take a lot of effort and time to solve such a problem. Turning off the freezer in order to melt the ice would also mean that all product inside would be ruined.
13. This cat failed to escape the vet
You probably know that most pets hate going to the vet and they are perfectly aware of every time you try to get them there! We have no idea that happens, but they simply know it! However, making sure that you get them to the vet’s cabinet eventually does not mean that the fight is over. As you can see, this cat made one last attempt to flee the scene, but it was a bad idea! The feline probably learned that once you enter the cabinet, there is no turning back.
14. Here is one really bad idea
Installing a toilet is not as easy and straightforward as you might think. There are a lot of factors to consider. Some of them are not related to the toilet itself. The surrounding is equally important and needs to be taken into account. As you can see, someone failed to notice the door! What makes everything even stranger is the fact that the toilet is not new, which means that this door probably remained open for a long time.
15. This is not the way to carry so many things in your hands
We guess that this person is not so sorry for the spilled coffee. We are sure that his concerns are mainly about the person the coffee was meant for. Maybe he promised a tasty breakfast and hot coffee, but carrying everything in his hands was not the best idea. There are cardboard cup holders which are extremely handy in similar situations.
