When you’re a taxi driver and you wait for a client outside a bank, you usually don’t suspect him/her of robbery. However one man indeed used a taxi cab as his escaping vehicle.
According to official reports, an unnamed man asked a taxi driver to drive him to a branch of Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh, Scotland, and to wait for him outside. Of course, the driver didn’t ask his client about his business in the bank, so he didn’t know that when the man got out he was carrying thousands of pounds hidden in his bag. According to the police, the robber didn’t use any weapons, but he hid his face from the cameras underneath a beanie hat.
The Scottish police are now on the look for a 6’’4’ tall man, while they waiting for the taxi driver to get in touch with them.
