If you have always wanted to find out exactly what your canine pet is thinking, a Scandinavian research team has already developed a product that can now make this happen.
The product is called “No More Woof” and it was designed and created by the The Nordic Society for Invention and Discovery (NSID). Their goal is to revolutionize modern day businesses by creating and implementing new disruptive ideas. By gathering together the best minds in marketing, engineering, product developers and visionaries, the research team hopes to create the first ever Dog-to-English translator in the next 4 months.
In order to achieve their dream product the NSID needed to raise $10,000 using the crowdfunding platform IndieGoGo. “No More Woof” reached and even surpassed its goal and received more than $15,000 45 days before the deadline.
The translator is basically using technology that exists today. It uses EEG equipment to scan and register a dog’s brainwaves then interprets them into human language. “No More Woof” is still in its developmental stages and could only translate the most basic dog thoughts such as “Who is this?” and “I’m hungry”.
