The human body is amazing and weird. There are parts that need extra care, and some that seem to be there for no reason at all. No matter what, we only get one body, so we have to be sure to take good care of it.
This is where hacks come in. Who doesn’t like a good life hack? Or cooking hack. Or any other kind of hack that comes to mind.
You might find some tips and tricks on this list to adopt into your daily routine. I find them fascinating and plan to incorporate as many as possible.
1. Stop a sneeze with this trick

Don’t you hate the feeling of an impending sneeze? I know I do! That crazy tickle that can’t be stopped. The build up and almost sneezes that happen 4, 5, 6 times before the main event sends spit and mucous spraying everywhere around you. If you want to stop that pesky feeling, the solution is simple. All you have to do is give yourself a finger mustache, and press down a bit. Easy, right? I can’t wait to try it.
2. Brain Freeze Fix

Who hasn’t been plowing their way through a giant ice cream cone or a sweet blue raspberry slush and been stopped in their tracks by the dreaded brain freeze? It’s a horrible feeling and nothing seems to make it better other than just waiting it out. There is such a simple hack for that, you’re going to be so surprised. The next time the most vile of all feelings starts up, simply press your tongue into the roof of your mouth and press it upwards. Instant relief. I don’t know how it works, but it does!
3. Touch your toes with ease

If you’re having trouble getting in a good stretch to touch your toes, never fear. All you have to do is read a paragraph backwards and you’ll be touching fingertips to tips of toes in no time! So weird, but so true. Try it!
4. Drain your nose

Having a horrible cold and not being able to breathe is the absolute worst. Sometimes it’s so bad that you can’t blow hard enough, or suck in with enough force to dislodge any of that nasty stuff clogging up your entire face. Your head is pounding, you can’t taste your food, but most importantly, you cannot breathe! Try this simple trick next time and you won’t be waiting to exhale any longer! Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth press between your eyebrows to relieve all of your congestion. How neat!
